Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, to ensure our cleaning professionals are fairly compensated for their reserved time, please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below.
Free Cancellation – You can cancel or reschedule without any fees if you notify us more than 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning time.
50% Charge – If cancellation or rescheduling occurs within two business days but more than one business day’s notice, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service fee.
100% Charge – We charge 100% of the scheduled service fee if the cancellation occurs within one business day, or if we are denied access or locked out upon arrival.
